Having Air Conditioning, a Furnace or Baseboard Heaters, a Whole House Fan, the Air Conditioning and Heating units being set to less practical and not very cost-efficient temperatures, and going out to eat at Sit-Down Restaurants are a some more luxuries necessary in order to have a good life.

A Recreational Vehicle (RV) such as a Motorhome or a 1-Ton Dual Rear Wheel Pickup Truck and a Fifth-Wheel Trailer are also more luxuries necessary in order to have a good life, so that you can have your own place to stay, environment, and surroundings wherever you travel to, and you don’t have to stay in a Hotel, someone else’s home (including a Bed and Breakfast, or a Rental Home sanctioned by these newfangled rental property brokers such as Air B&B and VRBO.

A Tractor with a Mower Attachment is not only necessary to live a good life. it is also necessary to care and maintain all of the acreage that is necessary to live on in order to have a good life; and it takes the place of a street-legal Automobile with regards to learning to drive, and driving for emotional purposes on all of that property; because the nature of this type of Tractor is closer to an Automobile than a Riding Mower, a Lawn Tractor, a Garden Tractor, and a Zero-Turn Mower.
