Below is a video of the very last race that CBS had broadcast before losing the rights to NASCAR to FOX in 1999 and taking effect beginning with the 2001 season, with CBS airing a tribute of the 21 years worth of NASCAR races that they have covered.
This particular race-a NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race at Nazareth Speedway in Nazareth, Pennsylvania; was also Mike Joy’s very last assignment for CBS upon being hired by FOX to call the races that they would be airing from this point forward.
I am personally felling very sad over the recent passing of ex-FCA CEO Sergio Marchionne on July 25, 2018.

Mike Holmes Jr. should not be fond of socializing with other people, and Mike Holmes Jr. should also be barred from attending social events, in addition to going to gyms and fitness classes. To the contrary, unlike Mike Holmes Jr.; I, personally do not think that fitness classes nor gyms are fun.

Given how NASCAR has changed for the worse since the beginning of the 21st Century, and the hostile society we live in during this 21st Century, such as, for instance; those who are unintelligent enough to vote for The Evil Donald Trump as President of the United States, all of the people with tattoos, Undercut haircuts, and those who dye their hair these strange, bizarre colors; the paramount importance of wireless devices such as smart cellular telephones, tablets, IPods, and MP3 players; traditional brick-and-mortar stores slowly giving way to internet shopping; automobiles these days being produced under global control with touchscreens and with far more limited option, package, exterior color, and interior color choices when compared to a decade or two ago; and wierdo music itself, and the harebrained musical artists that record it; having long since replaced the popularity of artists such as Elton John, Celine Dion, Rod Stewart, Bertie Higgins, Eddie Rabbitt, and Dolly Parton, to name a few; it does not surprise me that the France family is putting NASCAR up for sale, and not does it surprise me that NASCAR may very well be on its way out, or in other words-going out of business entirely.
I totally agree with everything that Washington Post staff writer Liz Clarke had written in this newspaper article, and everything that people such as H.A “Humpy” Wheeler, Felix Sabates; and Ramsey Poston have commented on.
If you’ve been following this blog for a long time, you know that I’ve been saying time and time again that NASCAR was much better when CBS Sports had the rights to it, and when Ken Squier had called the races for CBS.
WDSU-TV News Staffers And Twin Brothers Fletcher And Travers Mackel should not only be transformed from being fit and muscular to being fat and overweight, but the twin Mackel brothers should also be barred from having long hair, Undercut haircuts, Buzzcut haircuts, and wearing product in their hair; and need to comprehend that the automotive and broadcast worlds as a whole, in addition to the world of amateur/ham radio are more important than the world of sports and fitness.
