I, personally do not like the marketing campaign that General Motors has launched with the Chevrolet-branded T1XX Full-Size Pickup Trucks.
I would rather that General Motors went back to the “USA-1”, “Tough Chevy Trucks Are Taking Charge”, “The Heartbeat Of America” marketing campaign, and also the “Like A Rock” marketing campaign that featured a song recorded by Detroit-native Hard Rock musical artist Bob Seger for their Full-Size Pickup Trucks rather than the marketing campaign that they have launched with the T1XX Trucks.

An early-mid 1960’s GMC-branded GMC Class 6 Medium-Duty Truck with the GMC V6 engine located in the City of Hamilton, Ontario.
Presently, the chassis and cab does not have a body installed on it.

While I may look forward to meeting with Dale Earnhardt Sr.’s son Dale Jr. his Irish Setter dog named Gus, largely to talk with him about the GM B-platform, the Chevrolet dealer that his father had owned, the old ways of NASCAR-as Dale Jr. actively researches the history of NASCAR, and about Ken Squier and his radio station in Waterbury, Vermont; WDEV-AM, I feel a bit flummoxed over Dale Jr. having been chosen to Pace the 2019 running of the Daytona 500; and I feel perturbed over a T1XX Pickup Truck having been chosen as the Pace Vehicle for this year’s Daytona 500.
Never would I ever approve of a Full-Size Pickup Truck or SUV, or a Passenger Car on the GM B and Ford Panther platforms being selected as the Pace Vehicle of an automobile race.

Owning a GM B-platform Station Wagon, a Suburban, and a Volkswagen/Audi during the early 1990’s was, and still is more important than the sporting events that took place at this time that had been filmed in the videos below.
Furthermore, the person that had taken these videos on a VHS-C Video Camera, and had later digitized them; a so-called “superfan” of the game of Baseball; and a well-regarded Baseball catcher by the name of Zack Hample, needs to comprehend that the automotive world as a whole, the world of amateur/ham radio, and the engineering side of commercial radio and television are all more important than the world of sports and fitness.
And, Zack Hample should be barred from having a Buzzcut haircut; and shaving his head with a razor and shaving cream.

I am personally happy to hear that General Motors is investing a considerable amount of money in upgrading their Spring Hill, Tennessee plant to produce the evolution of the 4.06 in. Bore version of the current-generation LS Small-Block V8 engine.
The 4.06 in. Bore version is my personal favorite variation of the current-generation LS Small-Block V8 engine.
Upon completion in 1990 and until 2007, this plant plant produce the paltry Saturn S-Series C-segment Passenger Car; and its successor-the equally paltry Saturn Ion, a sibling of the also paltry Chevrolet Cobalt and both are distant relatives of the wonderful Opel Astra H; which, ironically; would go on to replace as a captive import in the North American market the paltry Ion.

Just recently, they have released the GMC-branded Heavy-Duty Pickup Truck.

Woodworker and Television Personality Tim McClellan should not only be barred from having any hairstyle that involves him wearing product in his hair, but Tim McClellan also needs to comprehend that the world of amateur/ham radio; and the engineering side of commercial radio and television are all more important than the world of sports and fitness.
Tim McClellan should be barred from dressing to the nines; and Tim McClellan also needs to be forced to listen to Adult Contemporary, Jazz; and Easy Listening music.

I especially don’t have any tolerance towards Tim McClellan having a fondness towards older vehicles with patina, these so-called “rat rods”; and older vehicles that are intentionally left to rust and aren’t even painted.
If you’ve been following this blog for a while, you already know that a vehicle kept in brand-new, original, and pristine condition; and/or a vehicle that has been beautifully and totally restored with a beautiful paint job will do for me.
It is sacrilege with Tim McClellan having a 1973-1991 GM Full-Size Pickup Truck as a rat rod that he might be intentionally leaving to rust:

A GM B-platform Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham sedan located in the Detroit city proper.
This car is in pristine condition, and it is sad with this car being left outside in the weather and in the elements like this.
