The U.S Business arm of the German Telecommunications Firm Deutsche Telekom, known in the United States as T-Mobile; should instead be running a contest to supply Schools with Amateur/Radio equipment, encourage Schools to incept Amateur/Ham Radio Clubs for the first time since at least the 1990’s; and also provide lectures about the history of Deutsche Telekom that dates back to 1947, following WWII; as Deutsche Bundespost (German Federal Post), the branch of the West German Government assigned to handle all Postal and Telecommunication matters throughout the West German State; and even earlier as Kaiserliche Post und Telegraphenverwaltung (Imperial Post and Telegraph Administration), who oversaw the Telegraph, and the first utilization of Telephony in Germany in the 1880’s.
