WSVN-TV would affiliate with Rupert Murdoch’s malevolent, startup FOX Television Network in 1989; two years after Julie Feldman had conducted this interview with Betty Mahmoody in October, 1987.

Julie Feldman would later take a job with WITI-TV in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Sadly, WITI-TV, like nearly all of Storer’s other Television Stations (with the exception of Storer’s Television Stations in Toledo, Ohio and in San Diego, California) would dump their wonderful affiliations with CBS Television (which were the result of George Storer having sat on the Board of Directors of CBS for many years), in favor of them also affiliating with Rupert Murdoch’s malevolent, startup FOX Television Network.
