Not Too Long Ago, I Wrote The Post About Why Pat Sajak’s Legacy Matters More Than Zak Brown’s Racing Career.
One Of Dale Earnhardt Sr.’s G-Platform Wrangler Blue Jeans-Sponsored Chevrolet Monte Carlo Stock Cars, From The 1984 Winston Cup Season; Is In The Possession Of Automobile Racer And Motorsports Executive Zak Brown; As Part Of His Personal Collection Of Stock, Touring, And Open-Wheel Race Cars.
I, personally consider it inappropriate for Zak Brown to allow one of his Formula One Drivers who is an Australian of Italian descent; by the name of Daniel Ricciardo; a young, radical male who is primarily a Stick and Ball Athlete; and is probably in favor of Australia becoming an Independent Republic, to be disrespectful to the history of NASCAR; the legacy of the good, old days of NASCAR when it was by Car people for Car people, also consisted of down-to-earth people, didn’t consist of any egos, and didn’t intermix with Basketball, American Football, Baseball, Ice Hockey, and Soccer/Association Football; and until the 2000’s, was a purely American organization; with no foreign Automakers having any involvement in NASCAR until Toyota gradually joined the Truck Series, Busch Series, and Winston Cup Series during the 2000’s.
