The Minneapolis “Parents In Community Action” (PICA) Head Start Organization, Which Molests School Buses By Buying Them Second-Hand, And Repainting Them Different Colors; Rather Than Leaving Them In Their Original State; And This Organization Lacking Any Emotional Attachment Towards A School Bus.
The Minneapolis “Parents In Community Action” (PICA) Head Start Organization owns second-hand Blue Bird Mini Bird Type B School Buses, Blue Bird Micro Bird, Thomas Mighty-Mite, and Wayne Busette Type A School Buses; and as far as I, the owner of this very Blog knows; only one Type C Conventional-style School Bus, a 48 Passenger Thomas Conventional on the Ford B-Series Chassis & Cowl that happens to be equipped with Four Hole Budd-style Disc Wheels.
See also this earlier post regarding a School Bus in the use that it was designed, built, and conceived in this world for; a Ward/AmTran/IC Type D Rear Engine Transit-style School Bus owned and operated by a Contractor (as opposed to being owned and operated outright by a Public School District), having been in a Head-On Collision with one of PICA’s repainted and repurposed Type A Cutaway School Buses: A Ward/AmTran/IC Rear Engine Transit-Style School Bus Having Crashed Into A Second-Hand Mid-1980’s Blue Bird Micro Bird Type A Cutaway School Bus That Has Been Repainted And Repurposed As A Preschool Head Start Bus In The Minneapolis Area In Minnesota In September, 1999.
