Two Decent Ranch-Style Houses On Decent Amounts Of Property Located Adjacent To Each Other In The City Of DeRidder, Louisiana; Named After Ella de Ridder, A Dutch Women Who Was Originally From The Town Of Geldermalsen In The Netherlands; Who Had Settled In The Area In The 1890’s.

Ella de Ridder, in turn; was a sister-in-law of Dutch railroad financier Jan de Goeijen, of which the City of DeQueen, Arkansas would be named for the Anglicized version of de Goeijen’s surname after de Goeijen, himself; had settled in this particular area in Arkansas.

One of these Homes has a sizable Outbuilding on it’s property.
