I Personally Disagree With The 19th Century American Politician Albert Gallatin Riddle, A Politician From The U.S State Of Ohio; About Preserving The Memory And Life’s Work Of The Deceased For Eons To Come

I Personally Disagree With The 19th Century American Politician Albert Gallatin Riddle, A Politician From The U.S State Of Ohio; About Preserving The Memory And Life’s Work Of The Deceased For Eons To Come:

As a rule, Men are remembered as long as they deserve to be. The world is too busy to preserve dead leaves, even as specimens; let them rot where they fall. If haply, the Earth may be fertilized by their timely decay.

The memory and life’s work of the deceased shall be preserved for eons to come, and future generations of people should not accept the fact that time moves on, and morals of the 20th Century and earlier times should not die with the deceased.
