Earlier, I wrote posts about I Am Saddened Over Pope Francis’s Deteriorating Health, And His Time In The Hospital, and The Recent Passing Of Pope Benedict XVI Is Disheartening, But Not Unexpected, And Not Surprising Given His Age And Health Condition.

Now, I, the owner of this very Blog; must write that I am saddened by the recent passing of Jorge Mario Bergoglio, more commonly known as Pope Francis.

I, personally; am shocked that Pope Francis had passed away, after having kept up appearances the prior days; during the week leading up to Easter Day, 2025.

While still residing in his native Poland, my paternal grandfather was an acquaintance of Karol Józef Wojtyła; more commonly known as Pope John Paul II. As they were both in their youth as of this time, them two had participated in activities together such as Swimming and Skiing.
