I am very saddened by the death of NBC News and ABC News executive Dick Wald.

Roone Arledge had hired Dick Wald away from NBC to serve as the Vice-President of ABC News under Roone.

Renault’s ownership in AMC, and Renault’s limited presence at the North American market at this time had made the deal between Renault and Winnebago for the CKD kits of the Trafic Cutaway Chassis more feasible.

The CKD kits of the Trafic Cutaway Chassis would be supplied with the Gasoline/Petrol and Diesel variants of the Renault J-Type/Douvrin Engine, and both the Manual and Automatic Transmissions/Gearboxes that were available in the Trafic in the European market.

I am very saddened by the death of Country Music artist Mickey Gilley.

Mickey Gilley had once owned and operated the ‘Gilley’s’ Nightclub in Pasadena, Texas. Mickey Gilley had partnered with a fellow named Sherwood Cryer in 1970 to construct and open this Nightclub, which was referred to as the “world’s biggest Honky Tonk”, and had also incorporated a mechanical Bull for patrons to ride on.

‘Gilley’s’ was an on-location filming scene for the 1980 motion picture ‘Urban Cowboy’ starring John Travolta and Debra Winger.

During an episode of the Reality Television Program “American Pickers” that was filmed, and had later aired in 2011; Pickers Mike Wolfe and Frank Fritz of Antique Archaeology had picked Mickey Gilley and his warehouse located in Texas, including the Piano that had stood at ‘Gilley’s’.

ECARS Dayton/Xenia Hamvention Meet Up — ve3ips

Historic Fort Wayne, located on Jefferson Avenue in the Detroit city proper; was built during the years 1842-1851 as a life of defense against British Canada during the Patriot War of 1837-1838.

The fortress was also utilized during the Civil War, the Spanish-American War, World Wars I & II, and even as recent as much of the Cold War.

The Fortress was also the site of the very first Telephone Exchange to have even been conceived in the southwest portion of the Detroit City Proper, and was also the place where the very first Motorized Lawn Mower, made by the Ideal Power Mower Company in Lansing, Michigan (founded by none other than Oldsmobile and REO founder Ransom Eli Olds); which would be ultimately bought out by the Indian Motorcycle Company in 1945.

If I were around during the time of the Patriot War, I would have supported the British in Canada; due to my love for the British Monarchy, the Empire, and the Commonwealth.

Across the street is an athletic male with a #1 or a 1.5 Buzzcut haircut, who is seen riding his Bicycle while this photograph was taken.

Not only should this athletic male be transformed from being athletic, fit and muscular to being unathletic, fat, and overweight; but this man should also be barred from having a Buzzcut haircut, and should instead be forced to have the same hairstyle as yours truly; the owner of this Blog.

 

I am very saddened by the death of Country Music artist Naomi Judd.

Naomi’s daughter Wynonna (birth name Christine Ciminella) would go on to record 5 solo songs that would make the Adult Contemporary charts in 1992, 1993, 1996, 2004; followed by two Christmas songs that would happen to make the charts for Adult Contemporary-formatted Radio Stations that play Christmas music during the Christmas holiday season in 2006, and the following year in 2007; respectively.
