The striking similarities in the styling of Hyundai’s HCD-II and Prophecy Concept Cars.

One was developed while Hyundai was still dependent on Mitsubishi Motors platforms and technology; and the other was developed long after Hyundai had gained independence from Mitsubishi Motors, Mitsubishi Motors had sold its stake in Hyundai; and at some point in time during the 21st Century, Hyundai was trying to plot the styling direction of its future models.
