The City of Dearborn, Michigan is where the Ford Motor Company has always been hadquartered, is where Henry Ford had lived for most of his life before, during, and after he had founded the Ford Motor Company.
Dearborn was also the first municipality within the Detroit area where immigrants from the Middle East had settled upon first settling in the Detroit area during the 1950’s and 1960’s, before they had eventually begun to settle in large numbers in the Detroit suburbs of Warren, Sterling Heights, Eastpointe (formerly East Detroit); and Utica.
