I understand that General Motors’ development of autonomous vehicles is of paramount importance to the company; and I also comprehend the concern that many in the general public not only have over autonomous vehicles in general, but including and especially those that don’t have a steering wheel, brake pedal; and a throttle pedal.
It puzzles me that General Motors would commission their stylists and the supplier of the dashboard to the Chevrolet Bolt to develop a dashboard that is simply two right-hand passenger sides of dashboards of standard production Chevrolet Bolts fused together for this autonomous model.
