It must have been very pleasant for Charles, Prince Of Wales and Diana, Princess of Wales to be transported in the Cadillac branded GM B-platform sedan pictured below during their official state visit to South Korea (the southern, Democratic; and non-totalitarian half of Korea) in 1992.
This would be Charles and Diana’s very last state visit together as a married couple prior to their separation shortly after this state visit to South Korea and their eventual divorce in July, 1996.
The fact that Diana was killed in a car accident as a result of being transported in a Mercedes-Benz W140 owned and operated by the Al-Fayed family is very sad, and is still something that yours truly still can’t overcome to this very day.
Let me put it to you this way, I can’t ever overcome Diana’s death just like I can’t ever overcome the election of The Evil Donald Trump as President of the United States.
Had Diana been chauffeured by the Royal Bodyguards and not the Al-Fayed family’s bodyguards, she would have more likely still been alive to this day because the British Royal household has far stricter guidelines and conditions for their drivers and chauffeurs than the Al-Fayed family ever did.
Like Queen Elizabeth II, I too am against the Commonwealth nations such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada, South Africa, India; and Pakistan possibly ever becoming independent Republics; and also the possible fragmentation of Scotland, Wales; and Northern Ireland away from the United Kingdom.
