Thomas Minotour Located In Detroit City Proper

An abandoned Thomas Minotour located in Detroit city proper in Michigan on an Econoline cutaway chassis.

This bus resides next to an abandoned bone-stock Full-Size Ford Bronco, which I have written in other posts about those being modified into a Suburban-type vehicle by Centurion Industries of White Pigeon, Michigan; and we maybe buy one of those on an F-350 Dual Rear Wheel chassis instead of a diesel Suburban in “Early Life And Continuous Livelihood”.

As I have said before in other posts, I am not fond of Type A cutaway buses and Type B mini-buses built on the GM/Workhorse P-Chassis. I am only fond of heavier Type C conventional buses and Type D transit-style buses.

The purpose of this post is to wonder which school district, whether it be located anywhere in the Detroit area, anywhere in the State of Michigan; or anywhere in the nation had originally purchased and operated this bus, when it may have been decommissioned and auctioned off, and who had purchased this bus second-handedly, repainted it a different color; and left it abandoned in this spot in Detroit city proper.
