The C-Series was available with the 401, 477, and 534 cubic inch Super Duty V8 gasoline engines, the FT 331 and 391 cubic inch V8 gasoline engines, the 385 architecture 370 and 429 cubic inch V8 gasoline engines; and a 4-cylinder diesel engine that was produced by Ford’s European subsidiary for their tractors that were built in the Basildon, England plant; and for the Thames Trader Medium-Duty truck that was manufactured by Ford’s UK subsidiary from 1957-1965.
