A 1989 Rear Engine Safe-T-Liner that was relegated to use as an activity bus at some point in time.

This bus has the Caterpillar 3028 V8 diesel engine and the Allison MT-643 transmission.

This bus was built before Thomas, starting in 1992; had begun building a front end cap that included a taller windshield.
