The Gyllenhaal family is an old Swedish noble family, dating back to the 1600’s.
Some of the famous and well-known members of the Gyllenhaal family are director Stephen Gyllenhaal and his famous children ( both actors) Maggie and Jake Gyllenhaal.
Other members of the Gyllenhaal Family are Johan Abraham Gyllenhaal, Leonard Gyllenhaal, Carl Henrik Gyllenhaal, Lars Herman Gyllenhaal, Mathilda Valeria Beatrix Gyllenhaal, Anders Gyllenhaal, Liza Gyllenhaal-Bennett, Lars Gyllenhaal; and Sam Gyllenhaal.
The immigrant from Sweden for the American branch of the Gyllenhaal family is Anders Leonard Gyllenhaal.
The Gyllenhaal family orginated with Nils Gunnarsson Gyllenhaal’s father Gunne Olofsson Haal. Haal comes from the name of the farm estate Hahlegården, a crown homestead in South Härene Parish in the county of Västergötland in West Sweden. At first, the surname was spelled “Gyllenhahl”; and then “Gyllenhaal”
Other notable Swedish noble families are the Natt och Dag family (Sweden’s oldest noble family, which dates back to 1280), Oxenstierna (which dates back to the 14th century), Sweden’s second oldest family-the Bielke family (which dates back to 13th century); Bonde family (which dates back to the early 1400’s), Carpelan (which also dates back to the early 1400’s), Jägerhorn af Spurila (which also dates back to the early 1400’s), Sparre (which dates back to the early 1200’s), Stenbock (which dates back to the 1500’s); and Trolle (which dates back to the 14th century).
The Dreyfus family-of Alsatian Jewish origin, consists of actors Julia Lois-Dreyfus; Richard Dreyfuss, and French actress (coincidentally named) Julie Dreyfus; as some of the family’s famous and well-known members.
These 3 actors are descended from the branch of Alfred Dreyfus.
The Dreyfus family is also known more than anything else for founding the Louis Dreyfus Group in 1851.
Other members of the Dreyfus family include Léopold Louis-Dreyfus, Pierre Louis-Dreyfus, American actress Julia’s father Gérard Louis-Dreyfus, Robert Louis-Dreyfus, Louis Louis-Dreyfus, Jean Louis-Dreyfus, Francois Louis-Dreyfus; and American actress Julia’s half-sisters Phoebe Émilie Dominique Louis-Dreyfus Eavis and Emma R. Louis-Dreyfus.
As the Alsace region in France is on the German border, many Alsatians have German given names and surnames instead of French names, the Alsace is referred to by many as being “France with a German accent”, the Alsace, since antiquity-has been land that has been fought over territorial disputes by France and Germany, and at various times, was a part of either country; the German name for the region is Elsass, and many Alsatians were pressed into service by the Nazis to fight in the Nazi German military without any approval by the French government; it shouldn’t be any surprise that the name Dreyfus is German sounding and isn’t French sounding.
The Nazis had built the Natzweiler-Struthof concentration camp in the Alsace, and some of the prisoners of war in the Natzweiler-Struthof concentration camp were British, American, and French spies and special service agents. The Nazis had even destroyed all documentation of having captured, imprisoned, and killed these British, American, and French spies to make it look like these human beings were never killed nor have they ever existed on this planet. This was especially evident when British military officers, after the war; had dug up Nazi documents trying to find out what had ever happened to their special service agents.
An Alsatian who had fought with the Nazis and had been brought to trail by the French at the end of WWII, had testified that he did not want to fight with the Nazis, but was forced to do so because the alternative would have been that the Nazis would have otherwise killed him should he have refused to serve with the Nazi military. Again, many Alsatians were pressed into service by the Nazi military, and they didn’t have any choice in the matter.
The Optare Sigma was powered by the Cummins C-platform engine, while the Optare Excel was powered by the Cummins B-platform engine.
Like the Metrorider, the Excel was also available with an Allison transmission.
The Sigma and it’s successor-the Excel are midsize buses, whereas the Metrorider is a compact-sized bus.

I am not fond of video games, and video games are imbecilic.
Like how the world would be a better place without sports and tattoos, the world would also be a better place without video games.
The broadcasting and ham radio world is much better and much more astute than the world of video games, all the nimrods who play video games.
NASCAR drivers Dale Earnhardt Jr., Kevin Harvick, Elliott Sadler, Martin Truex Jr., Denny Hamlin, Brian Vickers, Kasey Kahne, Carl Edwards, and Jimmie Johnson should all be banned from playing video games. And their video game machines should be replaced with Ham radios and them receiving Ham radio licenses upon them having taken the necessary exam.
Formula 1 drivers Nick Heidfeld, Dominik Kraiheimer, and Jenson Button should also be banned from playing video games. In place of them playing video games should be them being transported in a Volkswagen Transporter or a Volkswagen LT.
The Rover P5B, Rover P6; and the Rover SD1 each shared parts with the Range Rover.
Like how Jeeps have always mixed and matched parts from other vehicles, Land Rovers have mixed and matched parts from other Rover products; and the Toyota Land Cruiser has mixed and matched parts from other Toyota products.
The Rover P5B, Rover P6, and the Rover SD1 were powered by the Buick V8; along with the 4-cylinder gasoline and diesel engines and the 6-cylinder IOE engine that had also powered the Land Rover Series/Defender.
Production of the Rover SD1 had originally commenced at Solihull in a newly-built wing of the plant dedicated for this passenger car, then British Leyland (Rover merged with many other British passenger car manufacturers) had moved the production of this car to the BMC plant in Cowley, England; and then this East wing of the plant was mothballed until the Land Rover Discovery had gone into production in 1989.
The Land Rover Series/Defender had always been built by hand in the original section of the plant since it’s inception in 1948, and the Range Rover has always been built in the North wing of the plant that had originally been built for production of the Rover P6.

The MCW/Optare Metrorider was powered by an American powertrain combination-the Cummins B-platform engine and the Allison AT-545 transmission. Although a ZF manual transmission was also available. Both the normally aspirated and the turbocharged version of the Cummins B-platform engine were available in the MCW/Optare Metrorider.
The MCW/Optare Metrorider, with it’s purpose-built chassis and heavier-duty American powertrain; was a leap over the design of traditional British minibuses that were built on the chassis of vans like the Mercedes-Benz T2 and it’s successor-the Vario, and the Volkswagen LT.
What could be more pleasant than being on the British Isles transporting people on an MCW/Optare Metrorider.

I don’t appreciate the bus drivers leaving their engines running while they’re refueling in this video, as you aren’t supposed to leave the engine running AT ALL while you’re refueling a vehicle.
Kathleen Sullivan interviewing future reality television show star Martin Bayerle, of the reality television show “Million Dollar Wreck” on ABC’s morning infotainment program.
ABC News had remodeled the set of their morning infotainment program to being late-1980’s vogue by this time, and Charles Gibson had already succeeded David Hartman as the host of their morning infotainment program by this time.
Not too long after this interview was conducted, Kathleen Sullivan had left ABC’s news department for CBS’s news department. Kathleen Sullivan had followed Paula Zahn to CBS News. Roone Arledge’s right-hand man, David Burke had also left his position at ABC News to take the job as the President of CBS News. Burke had wanted to ‘run his own shop’ and perhaps invigorate new life into CBS’s news department as it was falling in popularity by this time and it’s once sterling reputation was gone as ABC’s news department was on the rise in popularity by this time.
Personally, I’ve always liked CBS News.

A Rear Engine All-American from the era that John Roeck would order in “Early Life And Continuous Livelihood” as a Front Engine model during he years 1992 onwards instead of the Thomas Rear Engine Safe-T-Liners and the Ward/AmTran Front Engine models on the International 3900 Stripped Transit chassis.
This bus also has the engine that John Roeck would order in the Front Engine models-the Cummins C-platform engine. And later, the Caterpillar 3026.

Although Arthur and his parents own a A10 Toyota MR2 with the 4A-GZE supercharged engine that Ed gave them, Ed also gives them a W20 MR2 with the 3S-GTE turbocharged engine at some point in time in the movie upon the W20 MR2’s introduction in the early 1990’s.

An R31 Nissan Skyline like what one of the engineers at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation/Radio Australia Shepparton, Australia shortwave transmitter drives in the Arthur movie for adults. An Australian-spec unit, of course.
Only the one that the engineer drives is a station wagon, and is not a sedan like the one in the link below.
