Sure, these two-story house plans are nice; but as I’ve already said before in another post, there’s the territory that comes with owning a multi-story home.

Sure, the studio in one of the house plans linked about would make a nice private suite; but there is no way my paternal grandmother would walk up that long flight of stairs just to get to what would be her personal suite. There’s no way my parents and I would ever want to walk up that long flight of stairs just to access that studio as well.
